Victoria Sapa Resort and Spa Hotel Rating:  Address: Sapa Town, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam 1/Description The four star Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa, the only luxury hotel in North-Western Vietnam, opened in March 1998. Built  as a traditional mountain chalet with accented wooden décor and a welcoming stone hearth fireplace, the Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa overhangs the village, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings.Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa is located in Sapa, 380 km (236 miles) Northwest of Hanoi, among the Hoang Lien Mountains, in Lao Cai Province, near the Chinese border. 1650 metres (5413 feet) above sea level, famous for its pristine environment, its unparalleled scenery and its cool climate, Sapa is home to more than 30 colourful hill tribes and close to Vietnam's highest peak, the 3143 metres (10311 feet) Mount Fansipan. 2/Accommodations The Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa features 77 stylishly designed rooms, each with private terrace, wood flooring and a warm touch of local decoration. Guests will feel at ease in the “mountain chalet” atmosphere. All guest rooms offer views over Sapa village, the resort’s lush gardens or Mount Fansipan.  Superior room: 25m2, 13 ones with a queen sized bed, 8 with twin beds, a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and a large writing desk.
Deluxe room: 25m2, 22 with a queen sized bed and 30 with twin beds, a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, a large writing desk and a balcony with a sofa. Family Studio: 50m2, queen and 3 single beds, the 2 Family studios offer large balconies. Suite: 50m² with a king sized bed, a large living room area with a sofa and a large writing desk. The 2 Victoria Suites offer a large balcony with a sofa. 3/Restaurants and other facilities Ta Van restaurant has a large central fireplace and spectacular mountain views from the terrace. The restaurant offers a variety of European and Asian cuisines with Cheese Fondue as a specialty. In the summer months you may dine on the terrace, with a view over Mount Fansipan. Ta Fin bar: Enjoy a glass of hot red  wine by the fireplace after a day of sightseeing in the Sapa region. Cat Cat Pool Bar is where you’ll enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks by the poolside, or have a barbecue in the garden while admiring the village of Sa Pa and its surrounding peaks.Other facilities: Indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, sauna/massage, billiard table, Pétanque, free use of bicycles, parking, fitness centre, Victoria kid club, laundry services, transportation facilities, motorbike rental, Russian Jeep or minibus with driver rental, hairdressing & beauty salon, Souvenir Shop, postal services. 4/Packages and Rates The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT No extra charge for children under 12 sharing beds with parents. Extra bed is not available. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon. Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability. Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows: Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room) Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
