Cha Pa Garden Boutique Hotel and Spa is situated right in the centre of Sapa just 50 meters from the market, 100 meters from the old French church and within easy walking distance of everything in Sapa town.

2/Accommodations
Cha Pa Garden Boutique Hotel & Spa is situated in a fully refurbished colonial villa right in the centre of Sapa. Currently with only 4 rooms it is certainly Sapa’s smallest hotel and is able to offer a personalized service unrivalled in the region. All our rooms have air conditioning for heating during the cold winter months and together with ceiling fans provide coolness during the warm summer.

Rooms have all modern facilities and are decorated with elegant furnishings with simple lines further adding to the sense of calm and serenity.
Superior: The superior rooms feature all the same facilities as the deluxe rooms and with their compact design are perfectly suited for individual travelers and couples who value a good night’s sleep in a modern and quiet room.
Deluxe: The deluxe rooms are our largest rooms and with their location in front of the villa they offer views to Fanxipang, the highest peak in Indochina, on a clear day.
Room facilities include 32’ Samsung LCD TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, IDD telephone, en suite bathroom with rain shower, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, writing desk, fresh flowers and hardwood floors.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
A small restaurant with one open fireplace and seven tables. Here, you can experience a nice meal and a wide selection of wines and drinks in front of our open fireplace after a long and strenuous trek during the cold winter months. Al fresco dining in the garden to feel the warm evening breeze against your face after a hot and exhausting trek is also available.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No extra charge for children under 12 sharing beds with parents. 
Add US$15 per extra bed. 
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
