1/Description
Shades is a top quality resort at the beach at Mui Ne near Phan Thiet, Vietnam comprising a small selection of Studios and Apartments to suit most needs. Nothing can beat a place right on the sea, 2 or 3 steps take you onto the beach or into the pool.

Luxuriously fitted for ultimate comfort right on the beach is what the apartment offers you. No expense has been spared to fit out with the best available local and imported materials. Imported Ash joinery and cabinets, Italian exterior joinery, Italian and local marble for floors and cabinet tops.

A chef can be arranged to cook for you, a casual barbecue round the bar, an order-in meal from one of the many fine dining places here, or you may like to go to the market and select for yourself, they can even shop for you.

Shades also have the first real sailboat in the bay, a Corsair Sprint 750 trimaran. In the evenings their bar can be lively, or if you wish to unwind in peace, our double glazing and superb views over the beach can offer you all the peace, and privacy you require.

2/Accommodations
There are 8 apartments at the resort. All are well facilitated with twin beds or double bed, robes, slippers, double glazed and sunblock draped privacy, air con and ceiling fan, kitchen with large refrigerator, IH stove, microwave, cooking hood, Italian ceramic sink unit, flat screen LCD TV with international channels, DVD, computer on LAN, ipod connection, WIFI internet connection, IDD phone. Bathroom has 'Rainshower' head shower stall, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, laundry (folded) free of charge, beach toy stowaand en suite toilet: clean and deluxe; along with IDD telephone system, mini-bar ange in basement. Breakfast at the bar, buffet or in your room is complimentary.
Apartment 1: twin bed, in the ground floor, pool side and with outside dining area.
Apartment 2: double bed, in the ground floor, pool side and with outside dining area.
Apartment 3: Double bed, extra folding beds available for the spacious lounge with main dining area, ground floor, ocean beachfront terrace, recliners and outside dining area.
Apartment 4+5+6: 1st floor, poolside terrace with some sea view, recliners and  road side evening terrace for outside dining area, double bed in a spacious bedroom with massage bath. Extra folding beds available for the spacious lounge with main  dining area.
Apartment 7: Largest apartment up to 6 people, 2nd floor, roof top grand terrace with sea vista, recliners, shade sail dining area plus a road side evening, terrace for outside dining area, double or twin conversion beds electrically reclining by remote. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized double bed opening onto the rear deck. Extra folding beds available for the spacious lounge with main dining area.

3/Restaurants and other facilities:

Other facilities: swimming pool, water sports, golfing and short excursions.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Free of room charge for children under 12 years old sharing the existing bed(s) with adults.
Add US$... per extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Extra bed is not available in standard room.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate.
