1/Description
A 150 km drive from Ho Chi Minh City set on the secluded and pristine Ke Ga bay, facing a century-old French light house, the Princess d'Annam is the first all-villa luxury boutique resort in Vietnam.

2/Accommodations
Choose from 36 Mandarin Suites, 18 Princess Villas, and three double-storey Empress Villas with their own infinity pool and magnificient ocean view. All of which possess interiors lavished with furnishings in New Vietnamese Tropical style by Vincent Koh, embellished with richly patterned objects and finely crafted accessories bespeaking tradition and culture with contemporary refinement.

In-room/suite amenities are individually-controlled air-conditioning, personal in-room safe, rain shower with separate bath tub, plasma TV with international programs, high-speed wireless internet access, fully-stocked private mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities.

Mandarin: All Mandarin Suites features a private veranda, in-suite dressing room with special designed bathtub and a separate rain shower, and interiors infused with the mood of Vietnamese modern. Of the 36 Mandarin Suites, 7 offer twin beds and 29 offer King-sized bed, 11 are joining rooms (double and double), and 7 are connecting rooms (twin and double). They’re 75m2 overall.
Princess: All 18 Princes Villas feature a private outdoor plunge pool and open-aired bathtub with separate rain shower room in the guest villa that has four poster king-sized beds. They’re 100m2 overall.
Empress: each of the three Empress Villas is an imposing two-floor villa that offers a spectacular view of Ke Ga Bay from their large private veranda. It has an interior that includes two or three bed rooms and a private infinity pool. They’re 185m2 overall. A maximum of four adults and two children under 12 years may share the villa.

3/Restaurants and other facilities:
Restaurants: choices between alfresco and indoor dining offering French gastronomical traditions, and extensive wine list and an ocean view. The terrace: all-day dining on the deck of the main infinity pool offering dishes from classic barbecues to intercontinental gourmet favorites and Asian specialties. The Lounge Bar: Open-air bar and café offers extensive wine, tea and coffee selections – ideal for pre-dinner drinks with a sunset view. In-villa dinning: 24 hour dining service in the private comfort of your villa with everything from home-style comfort food and classic barbecue, to the chef’s signature dishes and special a la carte  menu for candlelit dinners served on the balcony.

Meeting and events: Elegant and functional facilities, sophisticated cuisine and attentive service, combined with dozens of fun-in-the sun activities in and around the resort.

Other facilities: Health club, water sports, the spa, excursion and sightseeing tours, 4WD jeep.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Free of room charge for children under 12 years old sharing the existing bed(s) with adults.
Add US$60 per extra bed. Extra bed is not available in Mandarin Suites.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Mandarin villas cannot accommodate an extra bed. Compulsory breakfast for one child (at 50% off adult rates) will apply.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate
