Villa Family Deluxe: 5 rooms, including one living room and one or two bedrooms (on request), king size bed or twin beds. Honeymoon Bungalow: spacious bedrooms, high cathedral ceiling, open marble bathroom, thatched roof design,  spacious terrace, wooden floor viewing lakes. Meeting room: from 20 to 120 guests. 4/Packages and Rates The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT All children under 12 stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Add US$40 per extra bed. Maximum one extra bed in one room. Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon. Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability. Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows: Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room) Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
