With just 122 rooms and suites, La Residence Hotel is truly a boutique hotel and great care has been taken to preserve the comforts and atmosphere of a classic colonial villa. Most rooms have breath-taking views across the Perfume River to the imposing flagstaff of the Citadel beyond. Deluxe: 16 rooms including 15 king and 1 twin, 30m2, private balcony or terrace, sofa and working area, wooden floor with ceramic tiles, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture.
Deluxe Colonial:  06 rooms, 30m2, located in the stylish renovated governors residence, colonial ceiling fan, ceramic tiled floor, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture and double sink.
Colonial Junior Suite: 03 rooms, 46m2, colonial building or garden view, private balcony or terrace, sofa and working area, ceramic tiled floor, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture.
Colonial Suite: 03 rooms, 46m2, garden or river view, private balcony or terrace, sofa and working area, ceramic tiled floor, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture.
Resident Suite: 01 room, 72m2, located on the top floor of  the stylish renovated governors residence, garden and river view, colonial ceiling fan, sofa and working area, largest private terrace, living room connecting to the bed room, ceramic tiled floor, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture and double sink.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Le Parfum: located in the ground floor, Vietnamese and European cuisine in the most elegant surroundings, offers a healthy and delicious breakfast buffet and finest a la carte. Le Gouverneur: ground floor, French colonial style doors giving access to outside terrace, multi channel flat screen, WIFI access, billiard. Pool bar: outdoors, located by swimming pool overlooking the Perfume River and Citadel, serving refreshing cocktails and a delightful range of snacks.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
All children under 12 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Add US$30 per extra bed.  Maximum one extra bed in one room.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
