2/Accommodations
94 charming rooms are housed in 2- and 3-storey townhouses. A private porch (8 m2) with an outdoor sitting area gives you the feeling of coming home. The split-level rooms are distinctly separated into a living room with sitting area and working desk, a few steps higher the bedroom area with wardrobe. All rooms are decorated with work desk with high speed internet connection, IDD telephone, personal in-room safety deposit box, refrigerator and mini bar, coffee and tea-making facilities, satellite television, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer and bathrobes and slippers. Superior: Overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens, offer queen and twin size beds, with a private porch ( 39 sqm with 6 sqm private porch). Junior Suites: Choice of garden and river-view, queen and twin-size beds, shower or sunken bathtub, a comfortable sofa bed and a private porch. Some rooms are available with connecting doors (42 sqm with 8 sqm private porch). Grand Suites: Choice of garden and river-view, Grand Suites are furnished with queen-size bed with both shower and sunken bathtub, spacious living room with large sofa bed, a DVD player and a private porch (84 sqm with 8 sqm private porch).
3/Restaurants and other facilities Senses Restaurant: as Hoi An is a melting-pot of cultures, the Senses Restaurant captures the essence of both eastern and western influences and blends these with the exotic flavors of Vietnam’s local cuisine. This fine dining, open-air restaurant serves our unique “Life Cuisine”. Sample the simple and fresh, the creative and often times daring fusions of our executive chef. Cafe Vienna: Merchants from the far continent of Europe also frequented Hoi An. Recognizing its rich trading potential, merchants crossed the seas and docked in this ancient town as early as in the 15th century. Spanning four centuries, the French and Austrian influences are now evident in the town’s architecture, interior designs, landscapes and culinary specialties.
Café Vienna serves a wide selection of coffee, tea and delicious pastries as well as Austrian delicacies in a traditional Viennese style and atmosphere. Heritage Bar with a comfotable setting, is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a wide selection of wines by bottle or glass with friends. Try our Heritage Menu with fresh exciting dishes prepared by our Chef and his team.
Meetings and Events: multi-purpose function rooms are excellent for hosting conferences, meetings and seminars. Meeting packages are available for various group sizes and come with modern audio-video facilities and equipment. With a total floor area of 240 sqm, our function rooms can accommodate a group of 60 persons in a U-shape layout and up to 200 people in a cocktail reception.

The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
All children under 12 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Add US$20 per extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
