Hoi An Beach Resort is a four-star resort situated between the romantic De Vong river and famous Cua Dai Beach. It consists of luxurious old Vietnamese-style houses and villa rooms. It is recognised by travellers worldwide as "an oasis of peace where the river meets the ocean". It is just four kilometres from the historic town of Hoi An. 35 km (a 45 minute drive) from Danang International Airport and railway station.

Our 110 well appointed rooms offer superb views over the ocean to the mysterious Cham islands in the distance, or across the tranquil De Vong River to the emerald-green rice fields beyond. Witness a fabulous sunrise from your balcony, or linger over a long lazy breakfast while the colorful local life of the river unfolds before you.
Garden View Deluxe: 44 rooms, 45m2, in block building, overlooking to green garden
River View Deluxe: 24 room, 55m2, in block building, overlooking to romantic De Vong river.
Villa: 44 rooms- 15 rooms, 65m2, in villa style, 4 separated rooms each villa, overlooking to romantic De Vong river.    
Suite: 02 rooms - large 130m2, overlooking over De Vong river or seaside furnished with modern and warm decoration.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Few occasions could be more intimate than sitting with a lover on Cua Dai Restaurant's waterfront balcony serenaded by the sound of traditional music, dazzled by the lights from a constellation of candles floating down the river. Sumptuous seafood barbecue parties are held on the golden beach just a step away from the cool sea, combining delicious fresh seafood with local delicacies in a traditional port setting. Parties usually cater for around 400 guests.

The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Free of charge for 1 child under 12 years old sharing the existing bed(s) with adults (breakfast included)
Surcharge 15USD/night for the second kid under 12 years old.
Add US$25 per extra bed. 
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate
