Hoi An Beach Resort of Agribank has 108 rooms built according to modern architectural design with typical Vietnamese background. Its beautiful landscape makes you feel the freshness of green environment combined with sea breeze.
The Resort provides international service and facilities, such as IDD Telephone, In-Room Safety Box, Satellite Television, In-Room Internet Lines – available in all guest rooms, Wireless Internet (WIFI) – available in all guest rooms, Mini Bar, Air-conditioned Rooms, Room Service, Laundry Service. Superior Garden View: 53 rooms, twin rooms only. Superior Ocean View: 30 rooms, double beds only. Garden Villa: 12 rooms, double and twin rooms available. Honeymoon Suite: 2 rooms Deluxe Suite: 5 rooms Family Villa: 3 rooms, with two bed rooms including 01 twin and 01 double room.
3/Restaurants and other facilities
Main Restaurant: the main restaurant can seat as many as 350 diners, with a wide choice of Western and Asian dishes, includes Hoi An specialties. Ocean Pool Bar and Garden Snack Bar.
Meeting and events: Conference Hall, fully enclosed air-conditioned hall designed for large conferences which has a seating capacity of 350 (theater type), equipped with modern facilities, complete with audio-visual equipment. It’s a multi-function hall convertible to all types of occasions. Tables and seating arrangement can be set-up according to conference / meeting requirement. Other facilities: fitness centre, swimming pool, and business centre.
4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
All children under 12 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Add US$15 for extra bed

Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
