Park Hyatt Hotels features 252 spacious and luxurious rooms. All are well facilitated with 24-hour room service, dual line phones, voicemail, high-speed internet access, marble bath, separate work area, ceiling fans, in-room safe, bathrobes, coffee making facilities, speakerphone, dataport, individual air conditioning access, morning newspaper, hotel information through TV, hairdryer, mini-bar, 40-inch LCD TV. Each features wood floor, separate work area, high-speed internet access, white marble bath with walk-in rain shower.
Park room: 34m2, in colonial style featuring, one king bed or two twin beds with plush feather pillows and duvets. Each room offers a city or stunning pool view.
Park Deluxe: located on the third level, rooms have a private terrace with direct pool access. Each room has a King bed or twin bed and a floor-to-ceiling glass window with wooden shutters which opens into the outdoor terrace with two lounge chairs, overlooking the pool or the beautifully landscaped tropical garden.  Easy access to the spa and the gym.
Park Suite King: 70m2, offers a separate living room area, a bedchamber, and a large marbled tiled bathroom. The large windows with wooden shutters combined with the wooden furnishings gives the Park Suites a warm Residential setting.
Park Executive King: 110m2, offering a panoramic view of the city through large windows with wooden shutters. The Park Executive Suite offers a separate bedroom, living room and a dining room that seats 4 persons complimented with a well-equipped kitchenette with a full bar set up.
Presidential Suite: 160m2, located on the highest floor of this ivory building. Enter the suite through a white marble-tiled foyer area leading into a spacious living room with wooden floors, furnished with an elegant sofa set. The dining area seats up to 8 persons and has a fully equipped kitchenette with full bar set-up. The suite is equipped with the latest in-room technology including multi-channel 40’’ LCD satellite television, DVD player, dual line digital speakerphone with voicemail system and broadband Internet access.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT.
No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents.
Add US$85 per extra bed. Extra bed is only allowed in Park Suite rooms up.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate
