Opened in 1925 as the city’s finest abode, the Majestic has gone through several reincarnations over the years, changes that reflect the tumultuous history of Vietnam. During World War II, the Japanese Imperial Army used this French colonial structure as a military barracks. During the Vietnam War, it was frequented by foreign correspondents and espionage agents.
Majestic hotel is within walking distance of the beautiful Opera House, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ben Thanh Markets, reflexology and related therapy boutiques as well as most major commercial office buildings.

Majestic hotel has 175 rooms. All are in colonial style and facilitated with in-room safe, air-conditioning, mini-bar, tea/coffee facilities, cable television, radio, colonial-style bathroom with showers, IDD phone, hair-dryer and umbrella.
Colonial room: 33-37m2, 36 rooms, queen-sized bed or twin beds, offer back view.
Colonial pool/city deluxe: 35-40m2, 67 rooms, queen-sized or twin beds, offer swimming pool or city view.
Colonial Saigon River Deluxe: 35-45m2, 43 rooms, queen-sized or twin beds, with Saigon River view.
Colonial Suite: 60-67m2, 21 rooms, king-sized bed only.
Colonial Majestic Suite: 6 rooms, 90-100m2, king-sized bed only
Colonial Presidential Suite: 120m2, 2 rooms, king-sized bed, Jacuzzi bathtub.

3/Restaurants and other facilities:
Cyclo Cafe: a historical place recalling another era of things. As the world passes by outside. The café serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine, a la carte Asian buffet dinner. Serenade restaurant: Discerning diners will enjoy nocturne and exquisite food in a classical architecture filled with the beautiful sounds of the piano. Trianon: private dinning room for small group meeting or party with the capacity of 10 seats. Blue Saloon: VIP room for meeting or party. Capacity: 20 seats. M bar: The best view of Saigon River! Let the Philippines Band entertain you from 20:30 - 23:00. Breeze Sky Bar: An all day alfresco dining venue with special mouth-watering chargrilled BBQ treats in the evening. Merry Pool Bar: Reserved for those who want to relax in a romantic setting under the sun. A snooker table is at your disposal while having a drink at the bar.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT.
No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents.
Add US$50 per extra bed. Extra bed is only available in Colonial River Deluxe rooms up.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate
