First hotel has 108 rooms and suites at international standard. All are well-designed and facilitated for comfort and convenience. Each room is equipped with IDD phone, satellite television, in-room safes, and fire-alarm system, hair dryers, 24-hour room service and WIFI Internet in room. Superior: 25m2, 77 rooms, located in the new wing with street view, bathroom with shower. Deluxe: 30m2, 15 rooms in the new wing with street view, bathroom with bathtub. Executive Deluxe: 35m2, 04 rooms with separate area for living room and a queen-sized bed, bathroom with bathtub, offer street view. 3/Restaurants and other facilities: Jacques Thermolle Restaurant located on the ground floor, offers a large menu of Western and Asian favorities in a casual setting. Guests can stop by for a glass of wine or one of our expertly - mixed cocktails. First Grill Restaurant: an open air restaurant located by the pool side, offering a variety of seafood and Vietnamese specialties. Korea Restaurant is also situated on the ground floor. It is an elegant restaurant offering customers a mouthwatering selection of Korean food and service with a smile. Veranda Coffee is a lobby bar on the ground floor serving snack, beer, coffee and cocktails.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT. No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents.
Add US$20 per extra bed. No extra bed is allowed in Superior rooms.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate
