HN06: Mai Chau Homestay 2 Days/1 Night

Day 1: Ha Noi – Mai Chau - Homestay (L/D)
7:00am: Depart from your hotel to Mai Chau (150km from Hanoi) It takes around 4 hours drive with stops on the way to take pictures. Arriving in Mai Chau, checkin to your homestay. Relax and have lunch there. In the afternoon, you will visit Pom Coong and Lac village of White Thai ethnic minority people. You can wander around the houses to see the daily life of local people. They specialise in weaving brocade products, and are happy to show visitors their skills. The village is operated as a community co-operative, set up by the people themselves. Dinner and overnight at your homestay.




Day 2: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B/L)
Have breakfast at homestay and then have 2 hours of easy cycling through the verdant rice paddies and the villages of Chieng Sai, Na Phin, Nhot of the ethnic minority people. Lunch at homestay, relax and back to Hanoi at about 17:30.
