There are 214 rooms including 4 suites, 106 non-smoking rooms, 1 accessible room. All rooms, with panoramic bay windows, look out to either the picturesque bay or city view. Rooms are facilitated with air conditioning, TV with cable/satellite channels, radio, IDD telephone, In-room safe deposit box, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, bathrobes, bathtub, and separate shower.
Standard: Softly lit interiors decked out in fine linens and contemporary Asian motifs. Magnificent views from the balcony. Superior bay view: Stunning views of Ha Long Bay, spacious but warm and cosy. Most rooms also feature a balcony. Executive bay view: Grand space showcasing lavish comfort, an elegantly appointed lounge and magnificent views of the mountains and Ha Long Bay. Junior Suite: level of privacy with a tastefully appointed lounge and a large balcony or terrace. The sweeping bay windows look out to the panoramic Ha Long Bay.
3/Restaurants and other facilities The Square offers all day dining in a modern tropical setting overlooking Ha Long Bay. Serving international and traditional Vietnamese food, The Square also features an open grill counter and range of fine wines. The lobby lounge bar: the perfect venue to have a quiet drink with friends, a casual meeting or to simply admire the magnificent sunset over World Heritage listed Ha Long bay. The pool bar enjoys a dip in the pool before sipping on a cool cocktail, beer, juice or shake from The Pool Bar. Located poolside, the bar also serves a range of specially flavoured teas, coffees, soft drinks and fruit cocktails.
Meeting and events: All meeting rooms are located on the second floor with the capability of 300 guests. Hi-tech facilities and the professional events team deliver efficient service throughout your event.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT No extra charge for maximum two children under 12 sharing beds with parents.
Add US$20 per extra bed. Extra bed is not available in Superior rooms up.
Check in/check out time is 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
