3/Restaurants and other facilities The Bassac Restaurant sits right on the banks of the Bassac River with its magical view, particularly during the early morning sunrise. From just before the sunrise until an hour later, the early rays change the colours of the landscape every minute; the floating markets are in full action and in the distance the sky & water merge perfectly. Specialties include European and Vietnamese cuisine and barbecues on its riverbank terrace.
