Explore the cooking school's herb-vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoian's and Vietnam's well-known dishes, which are mixed of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine.

To start your cooking lesson in Hoi An, you will be instructed by our Chef, discuss about your menu and then go to market lesson to buy typical Vietnamese ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. After that, we'll have 25minutes cruising with the Red Bridge boat on Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Chance to view local river life.

On arrival, exploring the cooking school’s herb -vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which is the mix of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is firstly demonstrated by the chef of  Red Bridge Cooking School before you prepare the same dish yourself. You will later enjoy exactly what You have cooked. Tour then ends by a Hoian river cruise back Hoian town.
