Just 100km south of Ha Noi, Ninh Binh Province offers a world of natural and cultural heritage to explore.This 2 day trip, combining some soft cycling is perfect for the whole family, for travelers and expats alike. Day 1: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Thung Nang – Ninh Van (25km cycling; Meals: L/D) We head south for a 2-hour drive along Highway One. Once we reach Hoa Lu, we are introduced to our bicycles. We then start cycling to visit the two remaining temples of the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu. Arriving in Tam Coc for lunch. We then enjoy a boat trip giving us the chance to see local life along the riverbank. We then visit Ninh Van – a stone handicraft village and cycle back to our hotel . Day 2: Ninh Binh – Nho Quan - Cuc Phuong National Park ( 45km cycling; Meals: B/L) Following breakfast we get on our bus for a half an hour drive to the gate of Dong Giao Farm. Here we cycle for 18km through pineapple and corn farms. We continue another 10km cycle from Nho Quan to the gate of Cuc Phuong Park. After an energizing lunch we cycle another 19km cycling to the centre of the park, making a couple of stops along the way to visit the Cave of Ancient Man.
