| Home >> Tour Shop :>>SHP133: Puluong Natural Reserve Trek 3 Days The Pu Luong Nature Reserve is an area of outstanding beauty, cultural interest and biodiversity. Stretching from Maichau in the North West to Cuc Phuong National Park in the southeast. The region is blessed with rich forest, limestone panoramas, magnificent rice terraces and breathtaking scenery. On this trip you can experience the everyday life and culture of Thai and Muong people and stay in scenic villages with traditional home stay accommodation. Day 1 Hanoi - Pu Luong - Ban Sai - Hang After breakfast we depart Hanoi for Pu Luong Natural Reserve. This scenic drive takes around four hours. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. Following lunch in Ban Sai village we drive further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately three hours before arriving at the Thai village of Hang. We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. Whilst enjoying their hospitality we will discover more about their lives and culture. Today Lunch, Dinner included Day 2 Hang village – Sai Village In the morning you will have the opportunity to stroll around Hang village before we start trekking. Today we will be walking for approximately five hours. Along the way we pass through several Thai villages before arriving at the village of Sai, another Thai community. Here we will spend our second night in a typical Thai stilt house. Today Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included Day 3 Sai Village - Hoa Binh - Hanoi After strolling around Sai village, we return to Hanoi. On the way back we will stop at a Muong village, before continuing on to Hoa Binh town for lunch. Today Breakfast, Lunch, included.
