Built in the early part of the last century, circa 1932, and painstakingly restored to its former imperial glory, the Settha Palace Hotel serves as a testament to the long lost era of classical elegance, gracious service and French colonial charm.
Once more owned by the same passionate family that ran the hotel in its heyday before the change of regime to Communism in 1975, no stone has been left unturned and no expense spared in the quest to bring this Vientiane landmark back to life.
The Hotel is located right in the city centre, within walking distance of the commercial district, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. It is 10 minutes drive from Laos Wattai International Airport and 25 minutes drive to Thadeua on Laos side of the Mekong River and the border bridge to Thailand.

Settha Palace Hotel has 29 rooms. Deluxe room: 11 twin and 12 double, room faces garden or swimming pool. Junior Suite: double bed, living room with 3-seater Sofa and 2 arm chairs, marble dining table that seats 4. Executive Suite: 2 double rooms, large living room with 3-seater sofa, 2 high back arm chairs and a large coffee table, 29 Inch TV with satellite TV programs.
3/Restaurants and Facilities: Restaurants: La Belle Epoque offers classical French cuisine or choose from a seasonally-inspired Lao menu showcasing the distinct flavors of the local harvests. The open air sidewalk cafe offers international and Asian dishes. Poolside Bar serves light snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Meetings and events: the banquet room has a 5-meter ceiling height and can be divided into 2 separate rooms with a sound proof sliding partition. The room is equipped with microphones, sound and public address system, overhead projector, 35mm slide projector, screens, lighting control equipment, whiteboards, easels, lecture equipment, and portable stage.
Other facilities: swimming pool, massage and spa, fitness center, business center, shops in the hotel, golf club rental, limousine services.
Swimming Pool: set in a beautiful tropical landscaped garden. Swimming pool with rock formation from Laksao in central Laos, Jacuzzi and water jets. Business Centre: Full equipped business center with Fax, Internet and Email services, secretarial service and multilingual staff and two work stations with personal computers, printers and scanner.

The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Children under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Extra bed is available with a surcharge. Maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
