The hotel was built as exactly the same as the historic Lao house style. As a result, The Chang Heritage Hotel is not being just a boutique hotel as every single construction step and hotel’s plan were built by the traditional Lao construction experts, who followed the traditional construction methods which called “Fa Tok See”.
The Chang Heritage Hotel is located nearby Nam Khan River which is one of the main rivers in Luang Prabang. It is also surrounded by various historic architectures, including local people with the way of their livings that regards as the reflection of history, which has never been changed from time to time.
2/Accommodations
The Chang Heritage has 16 rooms. All rooms are facilitated with Air Condition, Television, DVD Stereo, Dressing Table, Fridge, Bathroom : Rain Shower. Deluxe: 4 rooms Khan Deluxe: 4 rooms Khan Suite: 4 rooms, private balcony, Khan River Scenery.
3/Restaurants and other facilities
Services include welcome drink when you arrive, breakfast, and a set of wooden utensil for Buddhist alms. Moreover, there is a free wireless internet access to connect with your business activities on your relaxing holiday.
4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon. Children under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge. Extra bed is available with a surcharge. Maximum 1 extra bed in one room. Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
