1/Description
Sala Prabang hotel is a charming boutique style residence, comprising of five original World Heritage Buildings and a traditional Lao Bungalow. There are forty rooms, which have been individually designed in the spirit of colonial elegance and feature a subtle blend of traditional and contemporary styles. All rooms offer natural stone and earthy lime washed walls, hardwood floor dating back to 19th Century, locally handcrafted furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms with hot showers.

Exquisitely renovated in 2002 by its owner architect, Sinlasone Soumpholphakdy, Sala Prabang  is one of the finest examples of Luang Prabang Colonial Architecture. The Villa and the Cottage was a former residence of first Prime Minister of Laos and later it was named as a protected structure  when Luang Prabang was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1995.

2/Accommodations
Sala Prabang comprises of forty rooms spread out within six individual two storied buildings. Its interior was restored in the spirit of colonial elegance and fusion of Lao traditional and contemporary styles. All rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom with hot /cold showers, selective amenities and accommodate with double bed and /or attached twin beds.
Villa: a unique World Heritage Lao Colonial Architecture built at the end of19th Century by of a     noble family as its principle residence. 2 riverside and 4 classic rooms, 18m2 each.
Cottage: Formerly a maid quarter complementing the Villa, this French Cottage was exquisitely renovated into six modern rooms with a rustic ambiance. Modern rooms with a rustic ambience. 2 studio at 23m2 and 4 classic rooms at 18m2.
Banlao: A newly built Lao style bungalow with natural stone, rosewood, bamboo and wood shingle roof. 4 riverside rooms at 25m2 with a private balcony and a courtyard, 4 studio rooms at 23m2.
Lattana: his World Heritage French Colonial Duplex was faithfully restored to its former glory oasting elegant rooms with colonial furniture and original hardwood floor. 4 classic rooms at 18m2
Chalinee: This is a Classic World Heritage Luang Prabang styled Villa looking over the Mekong River. 4 Riverside Rooms each with a private balcony  (23m20, 2 Studio Rooms  (23m2) and 1 Classic Room with a private balcony  (18m2).
Issada: Latest World Heritage Lao Residence next to the National Museum (Former Royal Palace). 3 Studio Rooms with a large balcony and/or a garden courtyard (23m2) and 6 Classic Rooms (19m2)

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
One child under 10 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Extra bed is available with a surcharge. Maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
