Lao wooden house Villa is set in a beautifully restored traditional Lao style house in the heart of heritage town. Built at the last century for a member of the royal family. Today the former royal villa was renovated and set up as a Guesthouse, each room in this large double storey wooden house has been added an air-condition with a western standard bathroom and cable TV.
The hotel is in the central of Luang Prabang, where those many famous temples, the national museum and plenty of restaurants are located.





2/Accommodations
All our rooms are tastefully decorated, big balcony. Every room is air-conditioned, Western stardard bath with a warm shower. Mini Bar and Cable TV. All the rooms are with balcony. A large garden, with a view of Lao wooden house.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Children under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Extra bed is available with a surcharge. Maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
