Steung Siem Reap Hotel Hotel Rating:  Address: Street 9, Mondul 1,Sangkat Svaydangkum, Siem Reap 1/Description The Steung Siemreap Hotel is rebuilt – new buildings, in the French Quarter; Psah Chas (Old Market) retaining her  true colonial French characteristics, wooden louvre french-windows, doors and wooden floors complete with wrought iron balconies. The interiors whilst youthfully modern, bright airy and cheerful retain some semblance of her 1930’s art-decor characteristics with a hint Khmer flavour. Steung Siemreap re-opens July 22nd 2005. The original Steung Siemreap Hotel – a fine old and elegant hotel, was established in the early 1920’s soon after construction of the Wat Preah Prom Rath Temple. 2/Accommodations Steung Siem Reap is rebuilt. The original building had 33 guest rooms and a small restaurant serving exceptional French farmer's home cooking; thick gravy and potatoes. The buildings have 76 guest rooms including a 2 bedroom suite, single bed room suites together with a restaurant, bar and business center. The 76 beautifully decorated rooms with 4 choices of room types comprising of superior, deluxe, triple and suite rooms. Rooms at facilitated with Individual Temperature Control System, Electronic Room Safe, Color Satellite TV - 24  hours with more than 60 channels , IDD phone, Tea and Coffee making facilities, In-room safe deposit box, Mini bar, Full length mirror, Bathroom with bathtub, Bathroom amenities, Slippers, Hair dryer. Superior: 21 rooms Deluxe: 51 rooms, all deluxe rooms are with private balcony(ies) facing to different views such as Pool, Old Market, River Side, Water Fill, Pagoda (place of culture) or the combination of them. Suite: 4 rooms, two of these spacious suites consist of a separate living room, bedroom(s) and four large balcony(ies) facing to different views such as Old Market, River Side, Water Fill, Pagoda (place of culture) or the combination of them. Another two, face to the pool. 3/Restaurants and other facilities The dining room: open for breakfast, lunch and dinner the dining room serves Oriental and Mediterranean cuisine - organic produce, fresh clean tastes.  Facilities: business center, souvenir shop, swimming pool, spa and gym.4/Packages and Rates The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT Children below 12 years old are free of charge when sharing existing bed with parents. Add US$20 for extra bed. Maximum is one extra bed in one room. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
