276 Rooms & Suites. All of spacious rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with traditional ancient and modern Khmer design for comfort. You have a choice of accommodation with a view of the city or the swimming pool. Rooms are facilitated with broadband internet access, cable TV channels & in-house movie, color TV with remote control, coffee and tea making facilities, electricity AC 220 volts, hair dryer, individual controlled air-conditioning unit, mini bar, personal electronic safe, plasma TV (suites only), private sauna and massage room (Royal Sokha Suite), private balcony (all pool view rooms), room slippers & bathrobe, separate bathtub and shower stall, telephone extension in the bathroom.
Deluxe City View: 38m2, king-size or twin beds, separate shower stall and bathtub.
Deluxe Pool View: 38m2, private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, king-size or twin beds, separate shower stall and bathtub.

Club Suite: 60m2, private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, separate shower stall and a unique round bathtub.  It has a 42 inch plasma TV and Hollywood twin-bedding.

Junior Suite: 64m2, a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a living hall and dining area with kitchenette. The master bedroom is with king bedding. Bathroom is tastefully designed with separate shower stall and bathtub.
Executive Suite: 83m2, a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a living hall and dining area with kitchenette.  Both rooms have kind beds.  Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with separate shower stall and bathtub.

Apsara Suite: 110m2, a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a living hall and dining area with kitchenette.  One master bedroom features a king-bedding with separate shower stall and bathtub.
Royal Sokha Beach: 320m2, private balconies overlooking the best view of the swimming pool, a formal lobby entrance, a spacious living hall, dining room with access to a private kitchen, massage room and sauna.  One master bedroom and second bedroom features a king-bedding.  Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with separate shower stall and bathtub.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
The Lotus: discover the finest fusion cuisine with a menu that combines flavors of East and the West, all made from the finest Cambodian ingredients with the open kitchen concept. 6.00am – 11.00pm, seats: 182 persons. Le Chanthou: this fine dining restaurant allows guests to enjoy a luxurious private area, featuring western and Khmer specialties. Takezono: divided into three different settings. The Tatami Room, Dining Room and the Teppanyaki Room where you can see our artistic chefs perform the art of cooking in front of you. Champa Lounge: Overlooking the salt water swimming pool and gardens Champa Lounge is a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea or have a beverage and a light meal. Irish Pub: Sports bar concept where one can enjoy drinking and play pool or darts.
Other facilities: saltwater swimming pool, Jasmine Spa with 16 massage rooms, sauna-steam bath and Jaccuzi, Meditation room, Beauty Salon, Fitness center, Conference Facilities, Business Center.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No room charge for max. 2 Children (under 12 years sharing room with parents using existing beds)
Child Breakfast (age 5 - 11) at 50% of Adult price
Add US$32.00 for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
