As part of Shinta Mani Hotel’s ongoing commitment to the local community, especially those who are less fortunate, Shinta Mani operates an Institute of Hospitality. The Institute provides free hospitality industry training for young Cambodians at risk. It is funded by the hotel and private individuals. The Hotel also offers guests the opportunity to meet the people of rural Cambodia, participate in the local community and provide much needed assistance.
Even just a one-night stay at Shinta Mani Hotel enables them to contribute a little to those less fortunate.

Shinta Mani Hotel has 18 rooms. Rooms are stylishly designed and feature all the modern conveniences such as: in-room safe, hair dryer, IDD telephone, bathrobe, slippers, nightly turn down service, cable TV, complimentary wireless internet, tea & coffee making facility, mini bar.   
Superior: 28m2, simple yet elegant with a king or 2 queen-size beds and conveniently located around the lobby and library area.
Superior Pool View: 24m2 or 32m2, simple yet elegant with a king or 2 queen-size beds and overlooking the pool area.
Deluxe: 36m2, stylishly designed with a king-size bed and located by the pool and Spa area. Rain shower and large bathtub featuring a sliding window on to the bedroom complement the intimate and romantic experience.
Deluxe Living: 43m2, stylishly designed with a king-size bed and located on the first floor. It has a living room with an additional television and a DVD player.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Shinta Mani Hotel’s restaurant offers elegant indoor dining and casual yet upscale terrace dining while offering both Khmer and Western style cuisine. The menu is contemporary take on Asian and International styles utilizing local organic ingredients with quality imported products.
Shinta Mani Spa: The Shinta Mani Spa features intimate treatment rooms for singles or couples including one with floral bath and steam room. Spa treatments available from professionally trained therapists include Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Body Scrubs, Body Wraps, Facials, Floral and Herbal Baths and Healing Stones Massage. Shinta Mani spa was voted as the 7th best Spa for Christmas 2005 by Asia Spa.
Other facilities: cooking class, library, art gallery, swimming pool.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Children under the age of 4 years sharing a room with parents is free of charge
Children from age 4 to 12 sharing with parent will be charged US$22 per child
Add US$35.00 for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
