2/Accommodations
The hotel features 222 luxurious rooms, including the Royal, Presidential and Junior Suites as well as the Deluxe and Superior rooms, all finely decorated with Traditional Khmer Style Furnishings and wooden floor. Comfort to surpass your every need, simply press the button on the remote console to control all the lights, the room temperature, the TV functions (included 80+ International Satellite Channels), and the air conditioning.

Superior/Delxue: located in the front building. Each room is well decorated in the local wooden furniture style and offers a panoramic view.
Prince Royal Suite/Presidential Suite: located in the main building. This Suite Room comprises a spacious living room and one master bed room which is splendidly furnished with a luxurious blend of Cambodian art deco themes and personal DVD player. There are assorted Cambodian handicrafts, artifacts, and artwork as well as an erotic bath. It offers uninterrupted view of panoramic swimming pool and our tropical landscaped gardens.

3/Restaurants and other facilities

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Children below 12 years old is free of charge when sharing existing bed with parents
Add US$30 for an extra bed. Maximum is one extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
