All rooms are facilitated with Bathtub and Shower with hot water, Individually controlled air conditioning, Mini-bar, Large window with balcony, In-room safe, IDD telephone, Multi-channel cable TV, Hi-speed broadband internet access, Smoke detector, Desk and Hair dryer

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Palm Tree Restaurant offers a range of both Khmer and Western cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served with style in an atmosphere of spacious intimacy. The restaurant has a wide variety of beverages includes soft drinks, mineral water, hot coffee, hot tea, local and import beers, and few selection of fine red wines.
Other facilities: conference room, roof top swimming pool, gym, business center, souvenir shop.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Children below 12 years old is free of charge when sharing existing bed with parents
Add US$15.00 for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
