All rooms are facilitated with air conditioner, cable Television (60 channels), water sprinkler, smoke detector, IDD phone with hotel information services, head board reading lights, bedside compact control panel, color television, in-room Internet Access, in room safety box, mini bar, luxurious bathroom with separate bath tub and shower, hair dryer, tea & coffee-making facilities, bathrobe, slippers.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Palm Café Restaurant: Located on the ground floor, serving Khmer, Asian & Western a La Carte dishes and Continental cuisine in relax casual atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is available everyday and enjoy the excellent and delicately favored lunch or dinner from our a la carte menu.
Sunrise Bar: Live Performance, Fine wines, Spirits, and savory treats.
Meetings and Incentives: The "Grand Ball Room" has the large sitting capacity of 350 people can be set up in: Sit-down Dinner @ 350 pax, Theater Style @ 350-400 pax, Classroom Style @ 300 pax, U-Shape @200 pax, Standing Cocktails @ 400-450 pax. For Small Meeting Room Capacity Theater Style @ 60-70 pax, Classroom Style @ 40-50 pax, U-Shape @ 20-30 pax.
Other facilities: business center, gym-fitness center, book and souvenir shop, spa and massage, and swimming pool.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
Children below 12 years old is free of charge when sharing existing bed with parents (maximum 2).
Add US$25.00 for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room )
