1/Description
The Pavilion is a boutique accommodation in the historical centre of Phnom Penh. The main building was built in the mid-twenties, allegedly by Queen Kossamak, King Sihanouk's mother. Living here brought her closer to the Botum Royal Pagoda, where she often liked to go to pray. The architecture is an original combination of Khmer and French colonial styles.

20 rooms. All are non-smoking rooms.
5 double rooms: Private garden, double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net), couch, desk, A/C, safe, TV, free wi-fi internet (small bathroom with shower).
4 twin rooms: Two independent beds (140 x 200 cm with mosquito net), couch, desk, safe, A/C, TV, free wi-fi internet (small bathroom with shower).
2 Superior double: overseeing the garden and pool, side balcony, double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net), desk, A/C, safe, TV, free wi-fi or LAN internet (small bathroom with shower).
1 triple room: Additional small room attached, balcony overseeing the garden and pool. Double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net) plus medium bed (120 x 200 cm without mosquito net) in separate room, desk, safe, A/C, TV, free wi-fi internet (small bathroom with shower).
1 Deluxe room: large room, large balcony overseeing the garden and pool. Double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net), couch, safe, desk, A/C, TV, free wi-fi internet (small bathroom with shower).
1 Private Jacuzzi Garden Bungalow: jacuzzi, small garden. Double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net), couch, safe, desk, A/C, TV, free LAN internet (small bathroom with shower). The view to the Jacuzzi is not entirely private.
4 Private Pool Rooms:  6x3m private pool, small garden. Double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net), couch, safe, desk, A/C, TV, free LAN internet (small bathroom with shower).
1 Suite Room: 2 separated rooms for up to 4 people, large balcony overlooking the Botum Royal Pagoda. 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm with mosquito net) in the first room, 2 benches / single beds (90 x 200 cm without mosquito nets) in the second room, safe, desk, A/C, TV,  free LAN internet (1 small shared bathroom with shower). One has to walk through the first room to go outside or to go the bathroom.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Food and drinks: Food and drinks are served at the bar, in the garden and around the pool. All day and in the evening, the bar serves a large variety of cocktails and natural fruit juices.
Other facilities: 14m swimming pool (main pool), hot water from solar panels, lavish garden with large platform beds, anti-mosquito machines protecting the garden, garden bar & restaurant, view over the Botum Royal Pagoda, free wi-fi internet access

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No charge for only one child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents.
Add US$18.00net for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
