Imperial Garden Villa & Hotel has 44 units of villa apartments, 72 hotel rooms, 9 executive rooms, 1 executive suite & presidential suite. All rooms features IDD phone, satellite TV, safe box in room, hair dryer, mini bar, tea & coffee facilities, air-conditioning with individual control, internet access in room.
All apartments are self-contained and newly refurbished. We offer 1 to 4 bedroom apartment, all with en-suite shower and toilet, an open plan kitchen with a fridge, microware over, electric kettle, rice cooker, toaster facilities and cutleries…All apartments have a colour TV with remote control, telephone, washing machine/dryer, heater, internet and a video security phone. Some features a garden.

Standard: double or twin room, maximum 2 people
Executive: 1 double room only, 1 living room, no kitchen, maximum 2 people
Executive Suite: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, maximum 3 people.

Deluxe Suite – Villa Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen with dinning area, 2 balconies, private garden, maximum 3 people.
Royal Suite – Villa Apartment: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen with dinning area, 2 balconies, maximum 4 people.
Imperial Suite – Villa Apartment: 4 bedrooms, 2 living room, kitchen with dinning area, 2 balconies, terrace, maximum 5 people.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
Aroma Café brings out the Aroma of Western and Asian cuisines set in a casual ambience. Sabbay Bar enjoys a refreshing drinks overlooking the Mekong River.
Narmada Sports Club: the 20-metre saltwater swimming pool adjoining children pool, tennis court and sauna.Banquet room fit to accommodate conference meetings or events up to 300-400 guest rooms depending on the set-up arrangement either cocktail, lunch/dinner reception, classroom style or theater style

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
An additional breakfast will be charge at US$10.00 nett per person
Free of charge for child under 6 years old and half price for child under 12 years of age.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
