Located in the heart of the waterfront district, hotel rooms facing east overlook the convergence of the Tonle Sap and Mekong Rivers; hotel rooms facing west peer into postcard sunsets of the National Museum.
In addition to room service from the FCC restaurant and bar, room service is also available from Cafe Fresco and Pacharan.
Each of the seven boutique rooms are uniquely named after an Angkorean temple, and each room boasts its own individual charm: Bayon, Banteay Srey, Preah Khan, Ta Prohm, Ta Som, Kbal Spean, Mebon.

3/Restaurants and other facilities
The kitchen: With a passion for fusion cuisine, new FCC group chef Clinton Webber has updated the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours.
The FCC Phnom Penh bar: open daily from 7am to midnight, serves drinks and snack.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No charge for only one child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents.
Add US$25.00net for extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
